Cattleack Barbeque: Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients: 
32 oz white or apple vinegar
1 TBS black pepper
1 TBS Kosher salt
1 cup white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 Tsp. red pepper
1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 Tsp. mustard powder
¼ cup ketchup
Directions:
To make a delicious barbecue sauce to go with your smoked pulled pork, start by mixing all of the ingredients except for the ketchup in a pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer on low heat and mix until the salts and sugars have dissolved. Once you've removed the pot from the heat, add the ketchup and mix everything together well. Allow the sauce to cool before serving it with your smoked pulled pork. Enjoy your meal!
