Ingredients:
1 Pack Spring Roll Wrappers
5 LBS. DREAMLAND CHOPPED PORK
1 White Onion, Large (finely diced)
6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tbs. Fennel Seeds
3 tbs. Dried Rosemary
2 tbs. Black Pepper (ground)
2 C. DREAMLAND BBQ SAUCE
5 tbs. Olive Oil
Directions:
Looking for a delicious and savory snack? Try making some pork spring rolls with a side of Dreamland BBQ sauce for dipping! Begin by heating up some olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sautéing onion and garlic until the onion is tender. Then, add in the pork, fennel, rosemary, and pepper and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Once the pork has cooled to room temperature, it's time to assemble the rolls. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and add one heaping tablespoon of the pork filling on the wrapper. Spread the filling lengthwise along the wrapper and fold the left and right sides over the filling. Lift up the end nearest to you and tuck it over the filling, then roll to the other end. Secure the roll by wetting the end with water. Heat up some oil in a pan and test if it's hot enough by dipping a corner of a spring roll into the oil. If it begins to sizzle, the oil is ready. Using tongs, place the spring rolls in the oil and let them fry for about 1 minute on each side or until they turn golden-brown. Serve the rolls with Dreamland BBQ sauce for dipping and enjoy!
