Ingredients:

1) 24 jumbo fresh Chicken Wings

2) 1 C. Dry Rub in a shaker bottle (recipe review here)

3) 1 1/2 C. Barbecue sauce or Wing Sauce

Directions

  1. Get pit up to 225*.

  2. Rinse and pat dry the #1 chicken wings.

  3. Add wings to large bowl and evenly coat with #2 rub from the shaker bottle.

  4. Place coated wings on the smoker with a thumbnail of space in between them to allow for smoke to coat all sides.

  5. Flip ocassionally until wings reach an internal temp of 165* roughly about an hour to 1.5 hours depending on pit temp.

  6. If you prefer wings to be sauced… add them to a clean bowl and coat with your #3 favorite BBQ or wing sauce.
