Midwood Smokehouse: Chicken Wing Rub
Ingredients:
1) 1 C. granulated garlic
2) 1 C. kosher salt
3) 1 C. white sugar
4) 1 Tbsp. black pepper
5) 1 Tbsp. cayenne
6) ¼ C. paprika
7) 1 Tbsp. chili pepper
8) 1 Tbsp. guchang spice
9) 1 Tbsp. bourbon molasses
10) 3 dozen Chicken Wings (Midwood sources from Springer Mountain)
Directions
Mix ingredients #1 to #9.
Toss Wings to get even spread of spice blend.
Bring pit to 375*F and Cook for 30 min.
Turn wings during cook process and remove once internal temp reaches 165*F.
