2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork 
2 teaspoons dry mustard 
2 teaspoons paprika 
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 teaspoon onion powder 
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon black pepper 
2/3 cup barbecue sauce 
1/3 cup breadcrumbs 
2 eggs 
Directions: 
Here's how to make a delicious meatloaf that will surely be a hit. First, prepare your smoker by setting it to 225 degrees F. Next, grab a large bowl and combine ground beef and ground pork. In a separate bowl, mix together dry mustard, paprika, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Add barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs and eggs to the spice mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture over the ground meat and mix everything together evenly using your hands. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Smoke the meatloaf over indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, which should take about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
