Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon gochujang paste
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small knob peeled ginger, chopped (can substitute 1 teaspoon ginger powder)
Directions:
To make the Alabama white barbecue sauce, you will need to gather some ingredients and use a food processor or blender. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, gochujang, salt, Worcestershire, mustard powder, cayenne, black pepper, garlic, ginger and reserved spice mix in the food processor or blender.
