Brushy Mountain Smokehouse and Creamery: Pulled Pork BBQ

Ingredients:
1 (6 to 7-pound) Boston butt, bone in
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Sugar
BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions: 
For a delicious pulled pork dish, start by slowly smoking a Boston butt in an outdoor smoker for about 10 to 12 hours until the meat is cooked through and falling from the bone. Once it's done, remove the pork from the smoker and take out the bone and excess fat. Then, pull the meat apart with your hands. After pulling the meat, add black pepper, red pepper, sugar, and BBQ sauce to taste. Then, boil some vinegar and pour it over the meat and spices. Mix everything together well. For maximum flavor, let the pork and BBQ mixture sit for a few hours before serving. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful pulled pork!
