Snow’s BBQ: Mop Sauce
Ingredients:
1) 1 onion, julienned
2) 1 1/2 C. water
3) 4 oz. (1 stick) unsalted butter
4) 1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
5) 1/2 C. white wine vinegar
6) 1 Tbsp. mustard flour (dry mustard)
Directions
Add #1 and #2 to saucepan, bring to boil on high and cook for 20 min.
Add the remaining ingredients #3-#6 and reduce to medium low heat for 45 min or until sauce thickens.
