Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint: Spice Rub
Ingredients:
1) 1 C. kosher salt
2) 2/3 C. light brown sugar
3) 1/3 C. white table sugar
4) 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
5) 2 Tbsp. mild paprika
6) 1 Tbsp. chili powder
7) 1 Tbsp. black pepper
8) 1 Tbsp. cayenne
Directions
Mix all ingredients (#1-8)
Work it into the meat. Especially good on pork spare ribs and brisket.
