Ingredients:

3 smoked turkey wings
12 bunches collard greens, washed and cut 
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced roasted red bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter-flavored oil 
1/2 tablespoon salt 
1/2 tablespoon sugar 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon smoke flavoring
1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

Directions:

For a delicious serving of collard greens, start by boiling smoked turkey wings in a large stock pot with 1 gallon of water for 20 minutes at medium heat. Add the collard greens to the pot, and let them cook down for 10 to 15 minutes. Next, add onions, green peppers, roasted red peppers, oil, salt, sugar, garlic powder, smoke flavoring, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir everything together, and cook over medium heat until the collards are tender, which should take about 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy your tasty collard greens as a side dish to any meal!
