Ingredients:

4 pounds white colossal onions, peeled
2 eggs, beaten
1 quart whole milk
1 can beer
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder

Directions:

For making crispy and delicious onion rings, you'll need to crosscut onions into 1/2-inch rings, discarding the onion hearts. In a separate container, combine eggs, milk, and beer. Mix flour and baking powder thoroughly in another container. Soak the onions in the milk mixture and coat them in flour. Repeat this step a second time, and you may do it a third time to ensure that the entire onion is dusted with the flour mixture. Fry the onions in a deep-fryer until they turn golden brown. You'll get crispy and flavorful onion rings that are perfect as a snack or side dish. Enjoy!
