Community Q: Three Cheese Mac and Cheese

Ingredients: 
1 pound rigatoni
½ pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
¼ pound grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and brought a pot of salted water to a boil. Then, I added the pasta and cooked it for about 12 minutes until it was just tender. After draining it, I transferred the pasta to a bowl and added half of the cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses, along with some heavy cream. I stirred everything together and adjusted the seasoning with salt and pepper before transferring the mixture to a buttered gratin dish. I sprinkled the remaining cheese on top and baked it for about 30 to 45 minutes until it was bubbly and golden brown. Finally, I removed it from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. It was a delicious and comforting dish that I'll definitely be making again!
